Abstract: For those domestic Internet video enterprises, because of the increasingly intense competition in market, those video enterprises need to choose their own competitive strategies to enhance core competitiveness under the condition of market economy. Now the environment Internet video business faces is undertaking great changes, which are mainly embodied in the rapid development of knowledge-based economy and the information technology, as well as the subsequent changes in market environment. The changing environment forces enterprises to develop in a new way and make fundamental adjustments and choices based on the analysis of the environment. For modern enterprises, one important prerequisite to select competitive strategies is to find out competitiveness with values, and factors without values in the markets could not be advantages. The three stages of strategic management consist of strategic planning, strategic implementation and strategic evaluation.
