摘要:当今社会，随着人们生活水平的提高，和人们日常消费结构的改变，茶叶以绿色、健康、环保、无公害的特色优势，越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。

　　　宜兴茶叶是全国重点产茶市之一，具有很强的代表性，重视宜兴茶叶管理体制上的缺陷，加强质量与安全的监督，会在国民经济中发挥着不可替代的基础性作用，发展茶叶经济，扩大茶叶出口，对于促进我国茶区经济发展、改善大众生活质量、增强农村发展活力，缩小城乡差距，促进共同繁荣，具有十分重要的作用和广泛的社会影响。结合宜兴茶叶出口现状，分析宜兴茶叶出口发展中存在的问题，指出企业出口茶叶生产附加值低；茶叶质量不稳定，缺乏知名品牌；市场作用不明显等对茶叶出口发展的影响。根据宜兴茶叶企业的出口的情况，指出其发展问题的产生原因。从而对问题产生的原因进行分析，主要有出口企业生产规模小、茶叶质量标准体系滞后、行业协会的桥梁作用发挥不明显。本文核心是针对这些问题与原因，提出加强当地茶叶出口发展的对策。根据宜兴茶叶出口面临的问题的原因进行仔细分析，解决对策包括：推进宜兴茶叶产业化经营、提高质量,建立品牌、重建市场。

Abstract:In today's society, as people living standard rise, and people's daily consumption structure changes, mainly in green tea, health, environmental protection, pollution-free characteristics advantage, more and more get the favour of broad consumer. 

　　　Yixing tea is one of the national key market production, has a strong representative, attaches great importance to the defect of the yixing tea management system to strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety, will be in the national economy plays an irreplaceable basic role, the development of tea economy, expand the tea export, to promote tea area in our country economic development and improve public quality of life and enhance the vitality of rural development, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, promote the common prosperity, has a very important role and extensive social influence. Yixing tea export status, analysis problems existing in the development of the export of yixing tea, points out that the low value-added export tea production enterprises; The tea quality is not stable, lack of famous brand; Effect is not obvious on the tea export market. According to the circumstance of yixing tea enterprises export, points out its development causes of the problem. To analyze the causes of problems, mainly export enterprise production scale small, the tea quality standard system lag, Bridges between the trade association is not obvious. In this paper, the core is to solve these problems and reasons, put forward to srengthen the countermeasures of development of local tea exports. Yixing tea exports are faced with the problem according to analysing the reasons of the countermeasures include: advancing the yixing tea industrialization, improve the quality, brand building and rebuilding the market.

　　　本论文主要是通过观察分析宜兴当地近年来茶叶出口量，研究宜兴茶叶的企业规模、产品质量、品牌价值和企业管理等因素，结合国内的研究现状，在当地学者的统计探讨，分析出宜兴茶叶出口发展上的漏洞，并提出相关措施，与此同时结合国内茶叶出口企业的管理经验，发表自己的观点与看法，根据实际情况，归纳出茶叶出口中存在的问题，探讨其中的原因，提出相应的解决措施。

研究方法

　　　本论文通过搜集、分类、整理一般茶叶出口发展问题和解决措施相关文献，对文献的研究，形成对宜兴茶叶出口发展的科学认识。在使用文献分析法时，通过中国知网下载了大量文献。以阅读大量文献为前提，了解之前学者的研究状况，深思茶叶出口发展中出现的问题，以及问题出现的原因。同时调查宜兴本地主要经营茶叶出口的主体，分析归纳出当前茶叶出口的优劣信息，系统的认识其出口发展中所出现的问题。最后结合实际情况，提供茶叶出口发展的相关措施。
