摘 要:哥本哈根气候大会召开后,低碳经济成为各国发展的新选择。低碳经济是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础,集经济社会发展与生态环境保护为一体的一种双赢的经济发展形态。在低碳经济大趋势下,我国对外贸易面临着严峻挑战,亟需改变对外贸易发展方式。 纺织业是我国对外贸易中重要的一员,对出口与GDP的增长都有重要贡献。然而我们必须看到,中国成为世界纺织服装工厂,一方面促进中国工业化业化和城市化,另一方面不断扩大的加工制造对中国的生态环境造成了压力。在低碳经济的背景下,纺织业同样面临着严重的挑战,对外贸易方式的转变迫在眉睫。本文从研究纺织业对外贸易现状为起点,结合相关数据深入分析了纺织业在低碳经济下面临的挑战,最后结合现状提出了纺织业对外贸易的发展方向,并对政府与企业的做法提出了相关建议。

Abstract:After Copenhagen climate conference being held, low-carbon economy became a new choice of the various countries' development. Low carbon economy is characterized by low energy consumption and low pollution and low emission as the foundation, with economic and social development and ecological environment protection for the integration of a win-win economic development pattern. In the trend of low carbon economy, our country faces great foreign trade challenges, it is urgent to change the development mode of foreign trade. Textile industry is important in China's foreign trade, and makes important contribution to exports and the GDP growth. However, we must see China as the world textile clothing factory, on the one hand, promoting China's industrialization and urbanization of industry; on the other hand, expanding processing manufacturing caused pressure to China's ecological environment. Under the background of low carbon economy, the textile industry also faces serious challenges, changing the way of foreign trade is imminent. This article takes the study of foreign trade in textiles status as a starting point, in conjunction with the relevant data in-depth analysis of the next challenges that the textile industry in low carbon economy will meet, finally proposed the development direction of textile industry with the current situation, and puts forward related suggestions to the government’s and the enterprise’s practice.
