摘要:随着经济的发展,中国的对外开放进入了一个新的发展阶段。对促进中国社会主义市场经济的完善,加强国际合作将产生深远影响,也给中国传媒业带来了良好的发展机遇,同时互联网然对传媒业经营成本产生重大影响。本论文从传统纸媒的现状入手,剖析新媒体时代传统纸媒面临的实际挑战,找出传统纸媒深陷困境的原因所在,以徐州日报的实践为主研究传统纸媒破解困境的市场营销策略,为省级综合性报纸媒体应对新媒体的挑战提供借鉴。 本文针对徐州日报市场的问题做了以下内容的研究:首先对日报的营销现状进行分析,了解日报市场所处的宏观环境和微观环境;通过分析徐州日报的市场分析,了解徐州日报的目标市场;最后根据徐州日报的市场定位,提出了徐州日报的营销策略。 关键字 : 新媒体时代;传统纸媒;市场营销策略
Abstract:Nowadays China's has entered a new stage of development with the rapid development of economy. It brought good opportunities for China’s media industry. This paper try to analysis the status of traditional media,find out the issues faced by the traditional media in the new media era. Using Xuzhou daily as a research object, try to provide a reference for the provincial newspaper media when they facing same kind of issues. This paper can be concluded as follows: First, analyses on Xuzhou Daily’s market status, understand the macroscopic and micro environment,and the target market of Xuzhou Daily, finally, according to the market orientation of Xuzhou daily,give out the marketing strategy.
