摘要:改革开放以来，随着中国经济的迅猛发展和经济实力的日益增强，人民币在国际市场上面临严峻的升值压力。中国自2005年7月实行新一轮的人民币汇制改革以来，人民币一直处于一个升值的状态，对我国国内物价有着多方面的影响。2011年人民币升值幅度达到5.11%，人民币的实际有效汇率指数也升至107.97，创下历史新高。进入2012年，人民币升值的脚步并没有打住，2月29号，人民币对美元汇率中间价为6.2919，这也是人民币对美元汇率首次冲破6.30大关。在了解人民币升值的背景、原因的基础上，本文将重点分析人民币升值对我国物价的影响，进而针对人民币升值采取应对措施，以促进我国物价水平健康、有序地发展。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development and the growing economic strength of the RMB in the international market facing severe pressure to appreciate. China since the implementation of a new round of reform of the RMB exchange rate regime since July 2005, the RMB has been in a state of appreciation, many of China's domestic prices. 2011 year RMB’s appreciation achieve to 5.11 percent, RMB real effective exchange rate index also rose to 107.97, a record high. Into 2012, the pace of RMB appreciation did not come to a halt, February 29, the RMB against the U.S. dollar for 6.2919, which is against the U.S. dollar exchange rate breaking the 6.30 mark for the first time. Understand the background of appreciation of the RMB, the reasons of it, this article will focus on the analysis of the impact of RMB appreciation on China's price response measures, and thus for the appreciation of the RMB in order to promote China's price level health and orderly development.
