摘要:改革开放以来，我国外汇管理大致经历了三大阶段，且成逐步宽松的状况，中国的证券市场大致也在此三阶段得到明显的发展。再结合国际上的情形，货币市场越自由，证券市场也更活跃，更先进，更公平。这里我们要探讨一下人民币自由度对证券市场的影响，看看外汇管制下证券市场的发展状况，在人民币仍未可自由兑换下中国的证券市场要怎么发展。我们有足够的理由相信人民币越是自由对中国乃至世界的经济越有好处，只要实体的经济得以好的发展了，证券市场必然会得到、也必须得到好的发展，因为前者是后者的载体。而问题是，没有哪一方面能单独的充分发展，只有协同的进步，只有总体的发展才有真实的益处。

Combined with the international situation, the more free money market, securities market and more active, more advanced, more fair. Here we will discuss the freedom to stock market influence, look at the foreign exchange control the securities market, the development situation of the yuan convertible in still seemed unable to China's securities market to want how to development. We have enough reasons to believe that the more the freedom of China and even the world's economy more and more good, as long as the economy has good development entity, stock market will get, also need to get good development, because the former is the carrier of the latter. The problem is, no hand can separate the full development, only synergy progress, only the general development of just have the real benefit.
