摘要:随着我国经济的不断发展，持续扩大规模的外商直接投资（FDI）对我国的经济增长的推动起到了重要的作用。但与此同时也给我国的生态环境带来了一定的负面影响，随着人们环境保护意识的不断增强，资本流动与环境问题日益受到社会的共同关注。首先，本文界定污染转移的相关概念以及产业转移的相关理论；其次，本文分析了FDI过程中制造业污染转移的现状，制造业污染转移的动因;接着，对外商投资制造业和我国制造业生产的优劣势进行了比较，结合相关理论及数据，分析了制造业引进外商投资对我国经济和环境带来的影响；最后提出了减少FDI过程中制造业污染转移的一系列政策建议。

Abstract:As the economy continues to develop, the continued expand scale of foreign direct investment to promote economic growth in China. But at the same time, it also has brought some negative impact to China's ecological environment. With the growing environmental awareness of people, capital flows and environmental problem becomes the social common concern. First, this paper defines the concept of pollution transfer and some theories of  industry transfer in manufacturing. Secondly, this paper analyzes the statue of pollution transfer in manufacturing on FDI, and the transfer of manufacturing pollution motivation. Then, compared with the advantages and disadvantages on foreign investment in manufacturing and our manufacturing. Analysised the impact of China's economic and environmental by foreign direct investment. At last，it puts forward some Suggestions about reducing the manufacturing pollution transfer on FDI.
