摘要：机电产品在我国出口贸易中具有十分重要的地位，但其遭受到的技术性贸易壁垒的损害程度也是非常严重。随着全球多边贸易体制的发展和国际贸易环境的剧烈变化，非关税贸易壁垒已经作为影响国际贸易进程最重要的因素活跃在历史舞台上，其中，技术性贸易壁垒是对国际贸易发展的最严的障碍。特别是在我国机电产品出口结构水平滞后、出口市场相对集中于美日欧发达国家市场的现实之下，我国机电产品的出口更是深受发达国家的技术性贸易壁垒的影响。分析技术性贸易壁垒对我国机电产品出口的影响和应对之策，对于促进我国机电产品出口贸易的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文在技术性贸易壁垒的内涵特征、表现形式及对出口贸易的影响等基础之上，对我国机电产品出口贸易中的技术性贸易壁垒影响程度及应对之策略作探讨。
