摘要：微博，即微博客的简称，是一个基于用户关系的信息分享、传播以及获取平台，用户可以通过WEB、WAP以及各种客户端组件，以140字左右的文字更新信息，并实现即时分享。通过微博进行人际交流、信息分享、记录生活点滴等活动，已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的元素。

　　　目前的大学《形势与政策》课程存在教学方式单一、教学内容枯燥、师生互动不足、学生上课兴趣不高等一系列的问题。从教学形式上来说，传统的课堂教学难以保证教学效果；从教学内容上来看，存在着时效性差等问题，对于当前的一些时事问题关注不足，理论与实践相脱节。

　　　通过微博进行大学《形势与政策》课程教学，能够为学生提供一个交互良好、氛围轻松、知识丰富的学习环境，对于充分发挥学生的主观能动性，提高大学《形势与政策》课程的教学质量有一定的帮助。

Abstract：Microblogging, namely the micro blog's abbreviation, is an information sharing、disseminating as well as gaining platform based on the user relations . The users may update information and realize the immediate sharing by approximately 140 words through WEB, WAP as well as each kind of client module .conducting interpersonal communication, information sharing, recording bit of life and other activities through the microblogging has become an indispensable element of life.

　　The present curriculum of university “Situation And Policy” has a series of issues such as single teaching form, boring teaching contents,excessive number 

of classmates,lacking of teacher-student interaction,the students’s low interest in lessons and so on. From the teaching form, traditional classroom teaching couldn’t ensure the teaching effectiveness; from the teaching method,it also had the poor timeliness. Lacking of attention to some current issues leads tothe disconnection between theory and practice. 

　　Conducted by the Uninversity “Situation and Policy” course teaching through Microblogging,to provide students with an interactive good、 relaxed atmosphere、knowledge rich learning environment , to conducive to full play to the initiative of students, for improving the University “Situation and Policy” course quality of some help.

　　　本文的研究意义主要体现在中国改革开放三十年来，中国不断崛起，在政治、经济、文化方面都取得了巨大的成就。同时，中国也面临着很多问题，包括台海问题，中印边境问题，中美贸易摩擦等一系列问题，都深深地对中国的发展造成一定的阻碍。大学生作为未来中国的栋梁和接班人，承担着建设社会主义的重担，对于中国所面临的问题要有深入的认识，因此《形势与政策》课程的重要性不言而喻。而微博这一新兴的信息获取平台，因为具有简洁性、交互性和及时性的优势，正快速地融入大学生的生活之中，是大学生获取信息的一个重要通道。在传统的课堂讲授的基础上，通过微博这一信息交流平台，能够最快速地让大学生们了解到最新的时事热点问题，对于促进大学生深入学习和理解党和国家的路线、方针、政策，正确认识和把握客观形势，深入落实社会主义科学发展观方面起着重要的作用。
