摘要:小蓟Cirsium setosum(Wild.).MB是菊科植物刺儿菜的干燥地上部分。味甘、苦,性凉,功能为凉血止血、祛瘀消肿,可以用于衄血、吐血、尿血、便血、外伤出血及痈肿疮毒。小蓟同时也可以食用,是人们喜爱的民间野菜。

   本论文对石油醚萃取部分的组分E进行分离与纯化。利用现代分离技术,借助Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、常压色谱硅胶、正反相中压液相色谱和制备型高压液相色谱闪式正反相低压液相色谱等,从小蓟组分E中分离纯化得到一个单体化合物。根据薄层色谱展开和化学反应现象,推断是前期课题组分离得到的化合物;用高压液相分析、与已知样品检测对照,最终确定其结构为(3α, 22β)-2, 22-di hydroxytaraxast-20-en-30-al。

Abstract:Cirsium setosum (Wild.) MB is the drying part of Cirsium setosum, Cirsium plant of compositae. It is sweet, bitter, cool, and it has the function of cooling blood to stop bleeding, blood stasis detumescence, so it can be used for epistaxis, hematemesis, hematuria, blood in the stool, bleeding wound, boils. At the same time, Herba Cirsii is also a folk favorite edible wild herb.

    This paper describes the separation and purification on the fraction E of extract of Petroleum ether. By using a variety of chromatographic techniques, including gel (Sephadex LH-20) chromatography, silica gel column, positive and negative phase pressure liquid chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography, and conventional chromatography, Flash of the positive and negative phase low-pressure liquid chromatography, and so on, one compound was isolated from the fraction E of Petroleum ether soluble portion of Cirsium setosum. According to the thin layer chromatogram and chemical reaction phenomenon, we can infer that it is one compound which was a isolated compound of prophase research. By using high pressure liquid, we contrast it with the known sample, ultimately its structure was identified as (3α,22β)-2,22-dihydroxytaraxast-20-en-30-al.
