摘 要:基于多缺陷光子晶体的传输特性,我们利用常见的SiO2、Si3N4介质设计了一个梳状滤波器。该梳状滤波器的滤波通道数,由光子晶体的缺陷层数目来决定。随着缺陷层数目的增多,在光子晶体禁带中出现的局域模数同步增加。相邻缺陷层之间的间距对局域模的位置分布产生影响,随着间距的增加,局域模向中间靠拢。斜入射时局域模整体向高频方向移动,小角度时移动不明显,大角度时移动速率越来越大,呈现出非线性增大趋势。当缺陷层数目很多时,禁带中央的局域模几乎是等间距的,利用这一特性可以设计等距的梳状滤波器。 关键词:光子晶体;传输矩阵;梳状滤波器;局域模
Abstract:Based on the transmission characteristics of multi-defect photonic crystal,we choose SiO2 and Si3N4 as the medium to design a comb filter . The number of channels determined of the comb filter by the number of photonic crystal defect layer. With the purpose of defect layers increased, the number of localized modes in photonic crystal band gap increased simultaneously. The spacing between adjacent defects on the location distribution of localized modes have an impact, localized modes with the increase of the spacing to the center. Oblique incidence, the local mode as a whole move to the high-frequency direction to move when the small-angle is not obvious, increasing the rate of movement in a wide angle, showing a non-linear increasing trend. When the defect layer number, the central band gap localized modes are almost equally spaced, and use of this feature can be designed equidistant comb filter.
