摘要:对徐州丰县六个村庄的牛蒡和土壤中重金属进行测定,基于统计和分析软件spss19.0,通过变量分析对牛蒡和环境土壤中重金属相关性分析。以期为牛蒡的栽培和生产提供理论依据。利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定六个不同地区的牛蒡和土壤中镉、汞、铬、铜、锰、铅的含量;用尼梅罗污染指数法评价土壤质量。土壤中镉、汞、铬、铜、锰、铅含量和牛蒡中镉、汞、铬、铜、锰、铅含量呈正相关关系,相关系数分别是镉:0.926;汞:0.957;铬:0.987;铜:0.953;锰:0.980;铅:0.990。 关键词 牛蒡;重金属;土壤;相关性分析
