摘要:本设计是依据“云锡氯化法”处理难选贫锡中矿,火法工序所得到的收尘沉淀,利用氯化钠溶液进行浸出,得到一定湿度的氯化铅和锡精矿。按照给定的工艺流程,设计中要求的年产量,计算出每个工序所需的量,推导出工艺流程的物料平衡和水系平衡,根据计算出的每个工序所需的量,选择辅助设备,并对主体设备——搅拌洗涤槽进行设计,目的在于保持母液温度下过滤,浸出液在不结晶,减少氯化铅进入浸出底流的量,降低洗涤负荷。 本设计主要是确定辅助设备的类型及型号,主体设备的设计,画出主体设备搅拌槽的工业设计图、工艺流程图和车间设备布置图,其中,车间布置与浆化洗涤槽的设计是本设计的重点与核心。为了适应我国现代锡工业的发展要求,同时本着节能和获得最大经济效益的原则,并考虑环境保护的因素,本设计尽量采用新技术,力求设计更加合理,方便操作,为车间今后取得良好的经济效益奠定基础。 关键词:设计;收尘沉淀;车间
