[摘要]  韩少功是中国当代文学的标尺性作家，30多年来中国当代文学发展的每一重要阶段，他都贡献出了有分量的作品。80年代中期，韩少功首先举起了文化寻根的大旗，这时期的重要作品中，韩少功描写了一系列作为故事背景出现的“远村”。本文旨在从这片远村中挖掘作者主体赋予它的丰富意蕴——它是作者心中的原始楚湘村寨，凸显着楚湘乡村的地域和文化风貌；它也是原型意义上的乡村，超越湘楚指向人关于乡土社区的原始记忆；它还是作者的私密乡村，凝结着作者本人的知青记忆和乡土情结。

[Abstract]  Han shaogong is a representative author in contemporary literature of China. He contributes many weighty works at every important stage in the development of the contemporary literature of China for over 30 years. In the middle of 80th, Han shaogong raised the flag of “root-searching literature” first, and in the period, he depaints a series of "distant village" which act as the background of his works. The study aims to explore the abundant implication which the author attaches from the distant village-it is a original Chuxiang village in writer's mind, which advocates the style and features of Chuxiang area and culture; it is a village from the arthetypical meaning, which surpasses Chuxiang to point at people's primitive memory about community; it is also the writer's private village, which condenses the memory of  his school-leaving youth and native land complex of writer himself.

　　本文尝试对于韩少功在其寻根小说中塑造的“远村”进行意蕴的挖掘，认为它不仅是一列单纯的叙事背景，而具有丰富的内涵。首先，从作者的创作动机而言，这列远村是韩少功苦心经营的原始楚湘村寨，凝结着他重塑楚文化形态的努力。其次，从文艺心理学的角度来分析，这列远村在塑造过程中由于和作者意识中的乡村原型相遇，而还原了人类童年的生活形态、具备了传承社会文化的品质。再次，从作者本人的经历与精神气质来挖掘，这片乡土也是作者的私密乡土，凝结这他对知青乡村的思索与缅怀，也流露作者对其精神家园的皈依。
