摘要:高校学校的教学秘书是在教学副院长的直接领导下帮助院长做好教学管理的辅助人员,主要职能有服务保障功能、组织协调功能、助手参谋功能和检查督促功能。 目前教学秘书工作中存在的问题可归纳为以下三个方面:一是有些人对这项工作重视不够,致使教学秘书队伍不够稳定;二是多数教学秘书的综合素质较低,难以适应新时期高校教育事业发展的需要;三是有些教学秘书在工作中缺乏必要的灵活性,缺乏开拓创新意识和科研意识。 为了提高和稳定教学秘书这支队伍,我的几点思考和建议:一、增强教学秘书的事业心和荣誉感。二、加强学习,提高教学秘书的自身素质。三、改善教学秘书的物质生活待遇。四、实行聘任制,竞争上岗,择优录用。五、提倡和鼓励科学研究。 关键词:教学秘书;教学管理;思考与建议
Abstract:This paper deals mainly with the first part of higher education secretary in the school teaching management in importance and his function scope. This article discusses the teaching secretary four main functions: service safeguard function, organization and coordination function, assistant general function and check supervise function. The second part of inductive currently existing in the teaching secretary work in three aspects: one is to some problems do not pay enough attention to the work; The second is the most comprehensive quality teaching secretary low; Three is some teaching secretary work in lack of necessary flexibility, innovation awareness and scientific research consciousness.
