摘要:在全球化的时代背景下,各行各业都充满了压力。而秘书工作者又处在多方关系集结的关节上,这就对秘书的心理素质有了很高的要求。本文系统论述了秘书的心理障碍的具体表现形式,主要包括焦虑、嫉妒、自卑、失落等情绪反应,并从主客观两方面探讨了秘书心理障碍产生的原因,主观方面包括自身能力的欠缺,角色定位不准,人际交往等因素,客观方面包括秘书的工作特点,外部环境的影响等。并从自身和外部环境两方面提出预防及解决这些心理障碍的方法措施。

Abstract: In the era of globalization background, all walks of life is full of pressure. And secretary worker and multilateral relations in the joint, this was just on the secretary of the psychological quality have high requirements. The paper discusses systematically the secretary of the concrete forms of psychological barriers, mainly including anxiety, jealousy, inferiority, sense of emotional responses, and from such two aspects discusses the subjective and objective cause of secretary psychological obstacles, including their own ability of the subjective aspect, role positioning forbids, lack of interpersonal factors, objective aspects including secretary job characteristics, the external environment effect, etc. And from two aspects of oneself and external environment prevention and the methods to solve these psychological barrier measures.
