[摘要]  《三国演义》成功刻画了上百个形态各异 ,栩栩如生的谋士形象，谋士角色的塑造同时也成为了本书最大的亮点，这些人物既有自己的个性也有时代的共性，他们人格秉性，流品德行，才智谋略，处事风格不尽相同，各有千秋。本文拟对《三国演义》中谋士人物作一个系统地划分，根据其才能与德行等多个方面作为基本的参照，衡量其在三国时期所发挥的历史作用与所实现的社会价值，进而对《三国演义》中谋士类角色做出一个总的衡量，以比较其水平高下，论评其品格优劣，进一步实现对《三国演义》谋士类深入了解和总体把握。

[Abstract]  'The romance of the Three Kingdoms" descriptions on hundreds of different forms, true to life likeness of his image, in shaping the role is the book the biggest bright spot, these characters has its own personality is also the era commonness, their personality traits, current virtue, intelligence strategy, the style is different, but unique. This paper on" the Romance of the Three Kingdoms" in his character as an objective classification, according to their ability and virtue and many other aspects as basic reference standard, measure the period of the Three Kingdoms the role and practice of personal values, then "the Romance of the Three Kingdoms" in his role to make a general comparison, to distinguish its quality, quality, further understanding of the creation of intentions, feelings, thoughts.
