教材内容分析

This unit is part of the Oxford English series, unit 2 in the first volume of grade7. The content of the textbook is combined with students’ daily life. The topic is “my weekend”, and the simple present tense are used to talk about things that happen in every moment and make comments. At the same time, students learn to share their daily life and preference with others. Because the content is close to the students, life and the things they need to do every day are very familiar, it is easy for students to express, and because students have expressed their desire and demands for personal life, it will also improve the interest and improve their learning efficiency accordingly. Special questions in the simple present tense, general questions and positive and negative answers are focus of teaching. Through this unit, students will be able to discuss past situations using key words, phrases and the target language. There are five periods in this unit. The first period is about reading, the second period is about listening and speaking, the third one is grammar, the fourth one is Phonetics, and the last one is about Culture and other projects.

Knowledge objectives：

1.Students can learn the phrases“brush teeth, watch TV, play table tennis, ride a bicycle, play the piano, wash clothes, do every day, do once or twice a week, never do.”  

2. Develop students' ability to capture information from listening materials.  

3. Students can understand the usage of the simple present tense.

Ability objectives：

1. Students can do a form of “Sam’s day in school” and repeat the article in their own words.

2. Students can improve their ability of reading.

3. Develop students' ability of reasoning and prediction in reasoning process, and gradually develop students' ability of taking notes in listening.

4. Improve students’ ability of speaking. 

5. Students can identify the appositive clause, the simple present tense, and can use this kind of tense in their writing or speaking.

Emotion objectives：

1. Students can learn how to introduce their daily life to others and improve ability of reading. 

2. Students with calm as water, mind as water mentality in the face of the listening test.  

3. Students can foster the interest and desire of learning English, cooperate with others actively, and complete the tasks together.
