This module focuses on the topic of food preparation, This unit mainly deals with the verbs and phrases of food making, the names of food and equipment, as well as adverbs for describing process. The difficult points in this section is the expression of the verbs and phrasal verbs used to describe process. The main content of this unit is mainly divided into listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. From the entire content of the unit, there are activities to help students understand the particular holiday in the Unit States by learning the traditional food, it expects students to associate with the hometown of the Chinese festival and delicacies, it also aims to train students to use English to introduce the related content, Lastly, it aims to arouse the students’ love for their hometown, at the same time experience of Chinese and western food culture differences.
