ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of economic globalization, international trade is getting more and more frequent and competitive, so business negotiation has become an indispensable part. The purpose of this study is to occupy the initiative position in the commercial negotiations, grasp the initiative right in international competition, so as to achieve a win-win situation. When confronted the debate, we should understand opponent’s idea, and then what kind of skills and strategies should be taken. It is important to make the negotiations smoothly and achieve the negotiation successfully. So if mastering the skills and the strategies of negotiating in quotation, then you can take the dominant position and gain the good results that you desire. Facing with a different negotiating partners, different cultural and social customs, we have to analyze step-by-step and obtain a reasonable quotation in negotiation.

摘要: 随着经济全球化趋势的加强,国际贸易变得越来越频繁和具有竞争力。因此,商务谈判就成为了其中必不可少的一部分。本文的写作目的是为了在商务谈判竞争中掌握主动权利,从而达到双赢的目的。我们在遇到争论时,要了解对方的心理状态,然后采取怎样的技巧与策略才能使谈判得以顺利进行,从而取得成功。如果你掌握了在商务谈判中报价的技巧及策略,那么你就会占据统治地位,达到预想的结果。面对不同的谈判对手,不同的文化背景,不同的社会风俗,我们必须要逐步的分析,从而得到合理的报价。
