中文摘要:课堂教学是外语教学的主要形式,是影响学生英语学习动机的关键因素之一。而当前高中英语课堂教学普遍存在效果不佳的问题,这严重影响了学生的课堂英语学习效果。研究表明,学习动机是推动学习者学习的内部驱动力,激励和指引着学习者的学习过程。一般而言,学习者的学习动机越强,其学习外语的目的越明确,学习的积极情感越强,付出的努力就越大,学习效果就越好。本文通过对高中英语课堂教学的现状进行问卷调查,发现高中英语课堂教学中普遍存在教师忽视课堂学习氛围的创设、课堂教学方法缺乏多样性、忽视学生的主体性、教学反馈方式单一及纠错方法欠佳等问题,并根据调查结果,分析了导致这些问题的原因。 结合调查分析,本文根据学习动机理论,提出了改善高中英语课堂教学的策略,包括创设积极的课堂学习氛围、运用丰富多样的课堂教学方法、重视学生的主体性、丰富反馈方式及选择合适的纠错方法等,以引起英语教师对课堂教学效果的重视,运用学习动机理论指导自己的英语课堂教学,以克服当前高中英语课堂教学中存在的问题,改善课堂整体教学,激发学生英语学习动机,从而达到提升高中英语课堂教学效果的目的。
