中文摘要:奖励是课堂教学管理的重要手段,自古以来都被高度重视和广泛运用。有奖才有进步的动力,这是人在做人做事的时候都有的一种心理。在当代,奖励手段同样被作为教师英语教学的“法宝”,因此而倍受国内外学者重视。奖励制度是小学英语教学中一种比较常见的重要手段之一。良好的奖励制度能够帮助小学生建立学习的自信和学习的动力,还能够激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生积极的生活态度。但同时奖励制度在小学英语课堂中的运用中也存在一定的弊端。教师在具体的教学实践中对于建立方法的运用也各有差异,取得的效果也不同[[]]。在日常的英语教学生活中,许多教师对奖励的机理认识不够清晰,导致在实践中误用、错用、滥用奖励的现象普遍存在。因此对奖励制度在小学英语课堂教学中的利与弊的研究和分析是很有必要的。
