摘要：随着各国经济的飞速发展，国际贸易形式和流程都愈显复杂，贸易争端此起彼伏，联合国国际货物销售合同公约在处理国家间的争端时发挥了关键性的作用。在中国应用公约时，其对公约做出了部分修订并就特定情况时如何处理争端做出了规定，这都是我国国际贸易操作中必须注意的法律问题。因此本文通过定性法、对比分析和案例分析对该公约如何影响中国贸易及其在中国的法律应用进行研究，以期避免由于公约的误用带来的经济损失。
