摘要：自21世纪以来，中国在世界经济一体化的进程中逐渐活跃起来。由此产生的各种国际交流活动使国际贸易更加频繁，继而使得翻译工作的需求也随之提高。作为商务英语翻译的一部分，商务合同的翻译极其重要，因为它直接关系合同双方的利益得失。本文旨在研究商务合同的特点和翻译原则，分析翻译中存在的普遍错误并提出相对应的解决策略和技巧，力求使商务合同的翻译更加规范。
