摘要:中国是一个传承着悠久历史和灿烂文化的国家。随着时代的发展,英语交流越来越频繁,因此我们需要越来越多精通翻译的人才来发展和丰富中国传统文化。众所周知,中餐是中国特色之一,这导致了许多外国人对中国菜很感兴趣。所以菜单的翻译也是一种中国文化的体现。 为了展示其独特之处,我们需要精准的菜单翻译。而严复的信达雅标准是他自己翻译经验的总结。本文从“信”、“雅”、“雅”的角度解释了有关八大菜系的翻译的一系列问题。从而既解释了食物的有形意义,又传播了中国文化,传承了中华文明。
