摘要：自然拼读法是许多英语国家幼儿园和小学阅读教学的基本教学方法，有效地培养了孩子的词汇认读、拼写能力，尤其是整体阅读能力，其经验和成果值得我国借鉴。本文是以自然拼读法的理论为基础，首先介绍了自然拼读法的概念、功能、意义以及国内外研究现状；其次从教师和学生角度分析了自然拼读在小学英语教学运用中出现的问题；最后提出了相应的改进措施。
