摘要： 本文针对小学英语教师的素质进行了研究，发现我国小学英语教师的素质都存在着各种各样的问题。相比城市教师而言，尤其是农村教师的素质普遍偏低。在此基础上，本文提出了相应的解决措施旨在提高小学英语教师的素质。
