Abstract: China has a long history of more than 5000 years, while the western world has a social history of five or six hundred years. China has bright rich and profound dietary culture, whereas the western country has elaborate specialized and self-contained dietary culture. In the long history, Chinese and Westerner's different ways of thinking and philosophy have created the differences in Chinese and Western cultures, thus creating a difference between Chinese and Western dietary culture. Since ancient times, the collision of Chinese and Western food culture, and exchange of human progress and development, has made significant contributions to human civilization. This article from the aspect of dietary concept, food objects, dietary pattern and dietary attribution to illustrate the differences of dietary culture between the china and the west , and analyzes the reasons for these differences to make a better understanding of each traditional culture, thus find a place that can be digested in order to provide more healthy food for our mankind. 摘要:中国悠久历史5000年,西方世界五六百年的社会历程。中国有灿烂丰富、博大精深的饮食文化;西方国家则有精巧专维、自成体系的饮食文明。在悠悠历史长河中,中西方不同的思维方式和处世哲学造就了中西文化的差异,从而造就了中西方饮食文化的差异。自古以来,中西方饮食文化的碰撞、交流促进了人类的进步和发展,为人类文明做出了重大贡献。本文从饮食观念、饮食对象、饮食方式与饮食归属方面,来阐述中西方文化在饮食方面的差异性,同时分析产生这些差异的原因,以便更好的了解中西方各自的文化传统,找出可以融会贯通的地方,为人类提供更健康的食品。 关键词:饮食文化;文化传统;差异 |
