Abstract:This thesis tries to briefly explain the real status of China’s economy development. Both of good ones and bad ones. And the latter is mainly discussed in this thesis, such as contortive point on economic construction, which includes reforming of medical, educational, real estate and so on; investment; inflation and etc. The analysis is based on an objective point of view, and the aim of writing this thesis, is to give warning, by listing a series of problems and issues which appeared during the enconomy development, to all of us to pay highly attention and solve the problems to make sure China’s economy will develop smoothly.

中文摘要:本文尝试简要解释中国经济发展的实情。有好的一面也有坏的一面。而后者更是本文讨论的重点，正文将客观地分析了如经济建设中的问题，其中包括医改、教改、房改，投资，通货膨胀等方面。本文通过罗列在经济发展中的一连串问题来警告我们必须高度重视和解决这些问题，以确保我国经济发展的顺利进行。

　　　I believe that many countries and people have been highly paying attention to the present and future status of China. My view point on Chinese future status is neither optimistic nor pessimistic. It depends on the way China chooses. Ostensibly, China has a yearly 10% increase in economic growth rate, which is seen unimaginably queer in foreign countries eyes. As Chinese economy has come out to the world, China has extended economic expansion and merged. But actually, we’ve been seeing bubbles of real estate market, bubbles of stock market, generalized inflation, continuously exasperated distribution of income, environmental pollution, no job for graduated university students, etc. And here, in this thesis, problems are discussed mainly.
