Abstract:Closely related to diet and culture, different nations create different food cultures, so food cultures have strong ethnic characteristics and diversity. There are significant differences between China and Britain and other Western countries in the aspects of the views and attitudes of the diet, diet and diet content and other characteristics. This thesis analyzes cross-cultural differences in diet idea, banquet etiquette, food contents among China and Britain and other Western countries, revealing the deep-seated causes of food culture differences, and setting out with the development of cross-cultural communication, Chinese and Western exchange of food culture, complementary and compatible factors will also increase.
