Abstract
This dissertation is based on the requirements of English Curriculum Standard, “English teachers should make full use of modern technology to develop more teaching resources so that students can have various learning methods, which is beneficial to both of them. ’’ Therefore, questionnaire researches on students and in Grade 3 and on English teachers in Nantong Second Primary School are conducted. Through the research and study, under the environment of technology and internet, the general situation, the sources, the characteristics and the merits and demerits of English teaching resources in primary school need to be studied. In the end, the dissertation puts forward the idea that the English traditional teaching methods should be transformed and teaching resources must be expanded.
