Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, China's vigorous development of education, is undergoing great changes. Non-academic education, as a complement and promote academic education, have emerged and played a pivotal role in our country's educational career. Nowadays, with the development of our economy, as well as the increasing needs for elites in our society. English training institution has been emerged in large numbers. However, English is attracting more and more attention as the worlds most popular and essential communication tool. In English training market of rapid change and fierce competition, a lot of English training institutions facing huge challenges for survival and development, how to improve the teaching effect, designated practical courses, expand enrollment mode and stability of teachers, strengthen construction of school culture, and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the school has become a training institutions to obtain long-term development need to deal with the problem. This essay aims to look for better solution of coping with the current problems in the English training market and offer author's pygmy effort to maintain the sustainable development of private non-academic education through the analysis of previous tracking numbers and data of 5 English training schools in Jinan. This essay include 5 parts: At first, research background ,research significance and layout of the research. Second, about Literature Review. Third, about three Research Design, include Research Object ,Research Method and Tools and Data Collection and Analysis. Forth, Discussion about Factors in Causing Problems in Shan Dong English Education Training Institution. Last is conclusion, it concludes Major Findings ,Limitations and Suggestions for Future Research.
