Abstract: The cultural turn in 1980s had a great and significant influence in the field of translation, and the development of feminism has provided translators with a new platform. The study aims to investigate the manifestation of female consciousness in translation of clothing brand names. The research has drawn a rough conclusion according to various examples related to feminism. Female translators inclined to use words in consistency with women features, and to promote commodity conformed to the taste of consumers. In light of domestic research in the field of connections between feminism and translation, the translation theory has been injected a new power, and we can foresee the prospect that feminist translation theory will be accepted by more and more people in the future.
