Abstract:It was the most amazing piece of information in 2011 that Google purchased Motorola, the magnate of mobile phone at one time. This daring behavior affected the situation of the market of combined set directly. Domestic cellphone also faces the greatness challenge and it may be in passive situation. China is a developing country and our technology is not so leading. In order to choose the developing direction for domestic cellphone, we need to know the karma. So, I try to discuss the impact of the acquisition on Google.

   It is the hottest and newest issue in the world. This thesis is made based on a lot of literatures and theories. Through Questionnaire investigation, analyzing practice examples, and data collection from difference companies and websites, we can find that the acquisition is aiming at making more benefit, getting more rights and technology, and extending the market. But at the same time, it brings some negative effects. The acquisition is the emblematical example. I hope the analyses on this acquisition will bring new inspiration to companies.

摘要:2011年,在手机行业最震撼的一则收购消息莫过于是谷歌收购了曾经的手机巨头,现今的没落王族摩托罗拉的消息。这一大胆的举止,直接影响到当今手机市场的格局,我国产手机更是面临前所未有的巨大挑战。国产手机行业被踢进了被动的位置。而我国正是发展中国家,在科技上并非遥遥领先,为了更好的决定我国手机产业的发展方向,应了解其中的因缘。因此,本文将探讨谷歌收购摩托罗拉所产生的影响,以及分析收购的利弊。

   本选题抓住了全球最新最热的话题,与时俱进。以多方专家著作和理论为基础,通过问卷调查和实际例子的分析,以及各大网站和企业的数据收集,本文发现谷歌的收购是为了实现创利的最大化,获得更多的专利和技术,扩大市场,但同时带来了相应的负面影响。谷歌的收购是典型的收购例子,希望通过本文对该次收购的分析,为企业的收购带来新的启示。
