摘要: 首先以聚乙二醇为主要原料与对甲苯磺酰氯反应制备对甲苯磺酸酯,但是得到的产物产率比较低。后来改用以苯甲醇、对甲基苯磺酰氯为起始原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶、三乙胺为催化剂,合成了对甲基苯磺酸苄酯,通过正交试验讨论了苯甲醇、对甲苯磺酰氯和三乙胺的用量、反应温度,反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响,在优化的条件下,平行试验结果。 关键词: 聚乙二醇;对甲基苯磺酰氯;对甲基苯磺酸苄酯;正交试验;合成
Abstract Start with polyethylene glycol as the main raw material reacted with tosyl chloride preparation toluenesulfonic acid benzyl ester,however, low yield of product obtained,later,with benzyl alcohol, p-toluenesulfonyl chloride and triethylamine as the starting material,Synthesis of methyl p-benzyl ester,By orthogonal discussed benzyl alcohol, the impact of tosyl chloride and triethylamine, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of esterification,Under optimized conditions,Parallel test results confirmed by IR and NMR analysis of its structure.
