摘要:心理契约、人际信任以及知识分享都是近年来研究的热点，但针对民族院校大学生社团这一群体的研究很少，因此本文采用问卷调查法对330名西北民族大学学生社团的成员进行问卷调查，使用SPSS17.0对所得到的有效数据进行处理与分析，得到了如下结论：（1）民族院校大学生社团成员心理契约的社团责任与内部知识分享之间具有正相关；（2）民族院校大学生社团成员心理契约的成员责任与内部知识分享之间具有正相关；（3）民族院校大学生社团成员心理契约对内部知识分享具有很强的预测作用；（4）民族院校大学生社团成员心理契约对人际信任具有很强的预测作用；（5）在民族院校大学生社团中，人际信任在心理契约与知识分享之间具有中介作用。

Abstract:Psychological contract, interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing are the hot pints in recent years, but few studies for national college students’ association. For the reason , in this questionnaire survey, using SPSS17.0 process and analysis the valid data from 330 members of the student associations in Northwest University for Nationalities, the results show that (1)a positive correlation between community responsibilities of the psychological contract and internal knowledge sharing for national colleges students’ community;(2)a positive correlation between members responsibilities of the psychological contract and internal knowledge sharing for national colleges students’ community;(3)national colleges students’ community members’ psychological contract has a strong predictor of internal knowledge sharing;(4)national colleges students’ community members’ psychological contract has a strong predictor of interpersonal trust;(5)interpersonal trust has an intermediary role between the psychological contract and knowledge sharing in national colleges students’ communities.
