摘要: 幼儿同伴交往能力是儿童进入未来社会、成为主人的一项重要技能,是社会化的重要内容,也是促进幼儿社会化的一个基本要素,加强幼儿社会性教育,培养他们主动交往、协同合作的意识和与人沟通、和平相处、共同生活的社会技能,是时代发展的必然要求。本文通过幼儿在园一日活动交往进行观察研究,并且运用问卷的方法,对所有小班幼儿进行调查,由教师填写问卷,了解幼儿同伴交往的现状,从中发现问题,探讨影响幼儿同伴交往能力的因素。 经研究得出,影响幼儿同伴交往能力的因素有幼儿自身的行为特征、教师因素等,并针对这些影响因素提出有效的策略,促进幼儿的社会化发展。 关键词: 交往 幼儿同伴交往 影响因素

见习记录时,我就意识到:幼儿同伴交往中存在着一个很突出的问题,就是以自我为中心。特别是现在的幼儿普遍都是独生子女,父母非常宠爱他们,甚至是溺爱,在与同伴交往中更加以自我为中心。为人处事总是以自己的兴趣和需要为出发点,很少关心他人。当自己的兴趣或需要受到影响时,他们的情绪往往会变得过激,出现一些不友好的甚至是攻击性行为。 因此,研究者将对影响幼儿同伴交往能力的因素来进行研究分析,从而对幼儿的同伴交往能力有个全面的认识,以此来更好的促进教学工作。
