[摘要]幼儿期是幼儿社会交往开始形成和发展的时期,但幼儿园中却经常出现幼儿因争抢玩具而打架、闹纠纷等不利于幼儿社会交往发展的现象。本文通过实地观察、访谈,对幼儿争抢行为的成因进行深入地研究,指出了幼儿争抢行为发生的主客观原因,即幼儿本身年龄特点方面的原因,不良的家庭、幼儿园教育环境方面的原因等,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进策略及建议。 [关键词]小班幼儿;争抢行为;社会交往
[Abstract]Early childhood is a children's social contacts began with the formation and development period, but in the kindergarten, but often appears in early childhood due to fight for toys, a dispute is not conducive to children's social development of the phenomenon. Through field observation, interviews, on the behavior of children for in-depth study, pointed out the child for the behavior of the subjective and objective reasons, namely their children age characteristics reasons, poor family, kindergarten education and environmental causes, and on this basis, put forward corresponding improvement strategy and suggestion. 问题的提出 在幼儿园里我们却常常目睹这样的情景:两个小朋友为了抢一件玩具发生争吵甚至打斗;还有的小朋友抢了别人的东西自己不玩,也不愿把玩具分给别人玩。面对这种情形,教师往往采取简单的制止或不问青红皂白地批评指责的方式,仅仅是表面上解决了幼儿争抢玩具的行为,幼儿争抢玩具的行为在幼儿园还是接连不断的发生,如果对这种现象采取的教育措施不当,不仅会影响正常的教学秩序,而且也会影响到幼儿与同伴及老师之间的关系,不利于幼儿正常的社会交往。由此我对幼儿争抢玩具的行为及解决策略产生兴趣,决定进行进一步的研究。 |
