[摘要] 攻击性行为是在儿童、青少年中一种比较常见的行为，是个体社会性发展的重要方面。随着社会的发展，家庭结构的变化，攻击性行为越来越多，也越来越受到人们的关注。本课题从研究一个幼儿攻击性行为的各个方面入手，通过六周的对幼儿各种攻击性行为的参与式观察，以及与家长，教师，个案者本人以及其同学进行访谈，对其原因进行分析。得出社会环境坏的方面的影响，现代家庭不正确教育的弊端，以及个别班集体不应该出现的不接纳与排斥现象是造成幼儿攻击性行为原因的结论。最后从家庭与学校教育两个方面提出了一些教育建议。

[Abstract]  Aggressive behavior is a relatively common action among children and adolescents and it is also an important aspect in the development of individual socialization. With the development of society as well as the change of family structure, there are more and more aggressive behaviors, which drew people’s attention increasingly. This topic begins with studying one child’s aggressive behavior in all aspects and carries out an analysis for its causes which are through the method of participant observation for his/her various aggressive behaviors during six weeks and having an interview with parents, teachers, the target itself as well as classmates. Therefore it can be conclude that the reasons for children’s aggressive behavior are bad influence of social environment, malpractice of the incorrect education in modern family as well as the non-admission and rejection phenomenon which should not be occurred in the individual class. Finally it also puts forward some educational suggestions from two sides of family and school education.
