【摘要】 保育员是幼儿园的组成部分之一,担负着幼儿的保育工作,因此保育员保教能力的高低影响着幼儿的身心健康。本研究以常州市不同类别幼儿园的保育员共90名作为研究对象,应用自编问卷进行调查,探讨不同类别幼儿园保育员保教能力存在的差异及影响因素。结果表明:不同类别幼儿园的保育员专业知识存在显著差异;不同类别幼儿园的保育员工作技能存在显著差异;不同类别幼儿园的保育员教育能力存在显著差异;保育员队伍结构有待改善,学历达标率较高,但专业对口率较低;专业知识、技能不足;保育员对保育工作内涵认识不清,幼儿园培训工作不到位,社会需重视保育工作。 【关键词】 幼儿园类别; 保教能力; 调查研究
【Abstract】 The nurse is the part of the kindergarten, charged with child care work, thus the nurse education ability effect on children's physical and mental health.This research take Changzhou city for different classes of school nurse is a total of 90 as the research object, using questionnaire investigation of different classes, kindergarten nursery education ability of the existence of differences and the influence factors.The results showed that: different types of school nurse professional knowledge exists significant differences; different types of school nurse job skills, and there was significant difference; different types of school nurse education have significant differences; The nurse team structure remains to be improved, academic standard rate of higher professional counterparts, but the lower rate; professional knowledge, skills and insufficient; the nurse to the conservation work connotation understanding are not clear, the kindergarten training work is not in place, society must pay attention to the conservation work. 【Keywords】 kindergarten class; and teaching ability; research |
