摘要:评价儿童的学习是幼儿园的重要工作之一，评价儿童的学习，包括教师、评价工具、评价对象这三个要素，其中教师更是整个评价工作的核心人物，因此教师对评价儿童学习的认识和态度决定了评价工作的质量，本文通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对两所幼儿园进行调查研究，比较公办园和民办园教师对评价儿童学习的认识和态度，分析出他们在评价工作中遇到如评价工作与教师其他工作缺乏衔接和整合，使教师觉得又增加了一块工作任务；班级幼儿过多，教师对每个幼儿进行连续的观察、记录无法承受等困难，试给出一些如设计合适教师使用的评价工具；教师加强自身相关理论知识的储备；做好与家长的沟通工作，减少评价工作进行的干扰因素等解决问题的建议。

Abstract:Evaluation on children’s learning is one of the important jobs in kindergartens, including three factors—the teacher, the tool and the object of the evaluation. Among the three, teacher is the core of the whole process; therefore, the knowledge and attitude of the teacher about the evaluation on children’s study determines the quality of the process. This paper compares the basic knowledge and attitude of teachers in public and private kindergartens by the investigation of two kindergartens. It also analysis those difficulties like the lack of integration between evaluation and other tasks which results in another burden for teachers, like the over-population of kids, like the difficulty of continuous observation and documentary about kids. It is supposed to give some suggestions like the design of evaluation tools for teachers, like the improvement of relevant knowledge of teachers, like more contact with parents and the decrease of the possible interruptions for evaluation.

　　　在幼儿园教育改革与发展过程中，对幼儿学习的评价起着监控、检测、导向与促进的重要作用。正是由于对儿童学习的评价对幼儿园教育有着重要的作用，所以现实中不乏各种关对儿童学习评价的理论及方法。如评价工作中常见的方法包括观察、测查、问卷、访谈、作品分析、档案袋评价等，其中观察、访谈、作品分析、档案袋评价等方法属于质性的评价方法，而借助一些专业的幼儿评价工具进行的测查、测量等属于量化的评价方法这些与评价工作的相关理论也是不断修正甚至推陈出新的，为的是使评价工作更好的在幼儿园展开，以此促进幼儿的全面发展。而目前研究基本上都围绕在评价方法的理论方面，对于评价工作的实际实施情况的研究很少，与理论方面相比，甚至可以说是割裂了这两者之间的联系。使得评价理论没有得到实践的检验，也就失去了这些理论存在的价值，从而评价儿童学习的工作不能有效展开。

　　　在实际的评价的过程中，教师是评价过程的主导者和执行者，教师对理论和方法的认识和态度决定着实施的实际效果，可以说教师是对儿童学习评价的灵魂人物。所以教师的态度在评价过程中尤为重要。
