摘要:随着可持续发展的深入推进,能源与环境问题己经成为影响我国社会可持续发展的关键问题,而我国主要能源消费是煤炭和石油,两者都是不可再生资源,且燃烧过后,对环境造成相当大的污染。煤炭除了少部分用于居民的生活中,大部分用于火电站发电。如何实现火电站锅炉高效低污染燃烧,是我国可持续发展的一个重要环节。 锅炉燃烧问题,是一个复杂的物理化学反应过程。在火力发电厂的运行中,由于燃烧成分、风煤比例、电网负荷等多种实际因素的影响,所以锅炉燃烧和机组运行状态在不断的进行调整,在确保锅炉燃烧的品质、产量和安全运行的同时,实现锅炉的低能耗运行,就必须要对锅炉的送煤、给水、给风等运行参数进行实时的优化调整和监控。 本文围绕火电站锅炉的燃烧优化展开,主要运用了现场总线与DCS控制网络、信息网络和系统网络之间的集成和BP神经网络进行仿真。全文共分为三个部分:第一部分,对燃烧优化的背景及意义的阐述,明确目前火电厂实施燃烧优化系统的必要性和可行性;第二部分,了解燃烧原理及过程,提出火电站锅炉燃烧优化措施;第三部分,对锅炉燃烧优化建模,利用MATLAB进行仿真,通过实时数据检验模型的具体操作能力。 关键词:燃烧优化;BP神经网络;仿真
ABSTRACT:Advance along with the development of sustainable development, energy and environmental problems have become the key problems affecting the sustainable development of society of our country, and the main energy consumption is coal and oil, both of which are non-renewable resources, and after burning, cause considerable pollution to the environment. Coal in addition to a few used in people's life, most used in thermal power generation. How to realize high-efficient and low pollution coal-fired boiler combustion is an important part of our country's sustainable development. Boiler burning problem, it is a complex physical and chemical reaction process. In operation of coal-fired power plants, the composition of combustion, air coal ratio, grid load, and other practical factors, so the boiler combustion and unit operation state is constantly adjusted, in ensuring the safe operation of the boiler burning quality, output and at the same time, realize the boiler running low energy consumption, it is necessary to send coal for boilers, water supply, to the wind real-time optimization of operation parameters, such as adjusting and monitoring. Revolves around coal-fired boiler combustion optimization, this paper mainly USES the field bus and DCS control networks, information networks and systems integration and BP neural network simulation. Full-text is divided into five parts: the first part, the background and significance of combustion optimization, clear at present, the necessity and feasibility of implementation of combustion optimization system; The second part, the understanding of combustion principle and process of coal-fired boiler combustion optimization measures are put forward; The third part, the boiler combustion optimization modeling, the use of MATLAB simulation, through the concrete operation of real-time data, inspection model.
