摘要:现如今,长期从事教育行业的老教师更容易产生职业倦怠感,并且这种现象正向年轻教师群体蔓延。显而易见,教师职业倦怠已然成为教育行业的普遍现象,而这一问题不仅影响教师个人的可持续发展,更影响了学校的可持续发展。缓解教师职业倦怠感已经是刻不容缓的时刻。本文结合调查结果归纳得出教师产生职业倦怠的原因,分别是:教师形成职业倦怠的共性原因,主要包括教师的薪资待遇低、受尊重程度不高等;语文教师形成职业倦怠的个性原因,主要包括语文教师的工作强度大、语文教师的工作压力大以及语文教师的专业技能欠缺等。文章将从“语文学科”入手展开对语文学科教学的特性分析,结合教学实践案例解析。因此,该研究具有一定的理论和应用价值。 本文主要采取三种研究方法,分别是:调查研究法、文献研究法、经验总结法。把有用的材料集中起来进行总结、提炼和概括,形成经验。通过两次实习,积累了不少第一手资料,从中也有自己对问题的深刻认识,这正是本文写作的亮点。 关键词 教师职业倦怠;薪资待遇;受尊重程度;工作强度;工作压力;专业技能
Abstract:Nowadays, teacher who has long been engaged in the education industry veteran are more likely to have occupation burnout, and this phenomenon is spread to the young teacher groups. Obviously, the teacher occupation burnout has become a common phenomenon in education industry, and this problem not only affects the sustainable development of teacher individual, also influence the sustainable development of the school. Alleviate the teacher occupation burnout can not be delay. In this paper, the survey results summarized that teachers occupation burnout are like those: form a common reason, teacher’s salary is low, not high degree of respect; from personality reason, teachers’work intensity, high work pressure and language of the teacher's professional skill deficiency. From "Chinese" starting with the analysis of characteristics of the language subjects, combining the teaching practice case analysis. Therefore, this research has certain theoretical and practical value. This paper mainly took three research methods, namely: research, literature research, practice research .Put together useful material to summarize, refining and summarized form experience. Through two internships, and accumulated a lot of first-hand information.,which is the highlight of this paper. 本文力求通过对教师产生职业倦怠的共性与个性的研究,探讨出初中语文教师产生职业倦怠的原因。共性研究主要是从教师薪资、受尊重度等对教师心理产生的影响进行分析。 个性研究则是从语文教育的学科特性出发,研究语文教师由于工作强度大、工作压力大、专业技能的欠缺等原因进行分析。 本文的研究对象比较清晰,即从事初中语文教育工作的老师。包括刚刚踏入工作岗位的年轻教师,也包括从事教育工作几十年的老教师。并且这里不对教师的性别、年龄等问题加以区别对待。从“语文”入手展开对语文学科的特性分析,结合教学实践案例解析。因此,该研究具有一定的理论和应用价值。
