摘要 本研究运用资料搜集、问卷和访谈等方法,对红河学院教师教育学院的138名科学教育专业本科生进行了调查,从对本专业的了解程度、对专业课程设置的态度、对本专业教师和教学认同情况、对专业发展前景与就业方向几个方面来对其专业认同情况作初步的调查。从调查的结果发现,科学教育专业学生对本专业的了解程度不高;学生对本专业的专业学习动机不强;专业课程设置不完善;专业的师资不足;本专业在社会中的知名度还不高;专业发展和就业前景有待提升。在此基础上,为提高学生的专业认同感提出了一些对策:强化专业认知,提高学生专业认同感;加强完善课程体系;加强教师队伍建设,优化师资结构;学校要关注质的培养;加强宣传,提高社会对科学教育专业的认识。 关键字:科学教育专业;专业认同感;对策
Abstract This study uses data collection, questionnaire and interview methods, the Teachers Education College of Honghe University138science education of undergraduates were investigated, from the professional level of understanding, to the professional curriculum of the professional attitude, teachers and teaching of professional identity, development prospect and direction of employment aspects of the preliminary investigation of the professional identity. From the results of the survey found, science education major students to the professional knowledge level is not high; students of the professional learning motivation is not strong; professional courses is not perfect; professional shortage of teachers; the profession in the society is famous degree is not high; professional development and employment prospects remain to be improved. On this basis, in order to improve the students' professional identity and puts forward some countermeasures : to strengthen the professional knowledge, improving students' professional identity; strengthen and perfect curriculum system; to strengthen the construction teachers' team ,optimize the strucure of teachers;the school should pay attention to the cultivation of quality; to strengthen the propaganda, improve society for science education professional cognition.
