Abstract:In this article, it used the indoor sand cultivates experiment to study the change rule of SweetPea seedlings’ growth (root length, plant lenght, dry weight, fresh weight、water content) and physiological and biochemical (chlorophyll, malondialdehyde ,proline ). The result showed that: The decreasing of sulphur and phosphorus content had controlled the growth of SweetPea hardly. Root length and plant length of SweetPea seeding both Slow growth in different degrees with the lessen of sulphur and phosphorus content .The dry weight、fresh weight and water content of SweetPea seedling both reduced in different degrees with the lessen of sulphur and phosphorus content . Which in a lack of sulphur place, the dry weight is 66.9% in control group . the water content is 73.6% in control group. Which in Which in a lack of phosphorus place, the dry weight is73.4% in control group. The water content is 76.4% in control group. In the ways of physiological and biochemical , Chlorophyll content were decreased following with the lessen of sulphur and phosphorus content , The content of proline and malondialdehyde were increasing with the reducing of sulphur and phosphorus content. At the most serious place lack of sulfur, The content of malondialdehyde is 138% in the control group.Proline content is158% in the control group. At the most serious lacking of phosphorus place .The content of malondialdehyde is 142% in the control group. Proline content is 161% in the control group.
