摘要：经济发展，交通便捷必然给人们的生活带来便利，而人们往往一未重视发展却忽视经济发展带来的一些其他问题，这就会产生外部效应。外部效应与我们的经济生活息息相关，它的产生必然会对经济造成影响。本文就外部效应的含义、分类及经济学研究外部效应的意义进行概述，对外部效应产生的原因进行分析，通过对原因的分析，找到解决外部效应的路径方法，使得正负效应可以更好地被解决，从而促进经济的平衡发展。最后掺插两个案例，通过2010年上海世博会和矿产资源过度开发带来的影响两个典型案例，进行案例分析，并针对前面的理论联合实际，解决案例中出现的外部效应，使外部效应理论可以更好的运用到实际中去。

Abstract: Economic development, convenient traffic inevitably brings to people's lives, People tend to not pay attention to the development of ignoring some other issues of economic development,which will produce external effects. External effects is closely related to our economic life, it will inevitably have an impact on the economy. This meaning, classification of external effects and the significance of study on externality of Economics provides an overview, to analyze the causes of external effect, through the analysis of the reasons and find solutions to the path to the external effects, both positive and negative effects can be better resolved, so as to promote the balanced development of the economy. Last fly into two cases, through the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and excessive influence brought about by the development of two typical cases of mineral resources, case studies, and the preceding theory combined with practical, address the external effects arising in the case, so external effect theory can be better used to actually go in.
