摘要:采用不同浓度的锰处理氯氟吡氧乙酸胁迫条件下的小麦幼苗,结果表明:以锰浓度1.0mg/L处理最佳,表现在鲜重、干重增加,比对照分别增加2.23%和29.71%,同时小麦脯氨酸含量最高,丙二醛的含量也是浓度梯度中最低,比对照组分别增加了70.26%和1.54%。1.0mg/L浓度的锰能够提高小麦幼苗抗氯氟吡氧乙酸胁迫的能力,促进小麦幼苗的生长发育。 关键词:锰;小麦幼苗; 脯氨酸;MDA;氯氟吡氧乙酸
Abstract: The morphological and physiological characteristics of wheat seedling were studied after the treatment of different concentration of manganese under fluroxypyr stress.The results showed that Wheat growth under manganese concentration 1.0mg/ L was the best, reflecting at the increase of fresh weight and dry weight, which were increased by 2.23% and 29.71% respectively than the control group. The content of Proline 、MDA were increased significantly by 70.26% and 1.54% respectively than the control group.Proper manganese can improve the capability of resistant to fluroxypyr stress and promote the growth and development of wheat.
