摘要:优化了苯酚-硫酸法测定桔梗总糖和微波-稀酸-稀碱快速测定粗纤维的方法,并测定了优良四倍体桔梗总糖和粗纤维的含量。结果表明,优化后的总糖和粗纤维的测定方法操作简便、检验快速、稳定性高、重复性好。绝大多数四倍体株系的总糖比二倍体高,部分四倍体株系的粗纤维含量比二倍体低,说明桔梗四倍体株系比二倍体具有更高的食用价值。经过初步选育,品系A-1和C-8具有根鲜嫩,纤维少,营养成分丰富的优点,可作为食用型桔梗优良品种进一步选育。 关键词:食用型;桔梗;选育
Abstract: Optimized phenol-sulfuric acid method for the determination of Platycodon grandiflorum total sugar and microwave - acid - alkali rapid determination method for determination of crude fiber, and excellent Tetraploid of Platycodon grandiflorum total sugar and crude fiber content. The results show that after the optimization, total sugar and the method for determination of crude fiber has the advantages of simple operation, rapid, high stability, test repeatability. The content of total sugar in most of the tetraploid lines of Platycodon grandiflorum was higher than that of diploid. However, the contents of crude fiber in most of the autotetraploid lines of Platycodon grandiflorum were lower than the diploid.
