摘要:本实验以原种水稻和转入PEPC+PPDK基因水稻为原材料,研究NaHSO3对转PEPC+PPDK基因水稻光合生理特性的影响。通过外源饲喂低浓度的NaHSO3,测定叶片的光合速率,ATP以及叶绿素含量的变化,结果表明,转PEPC+PPDK双基因水稻净光合速率显著提高,光氧化伤害减轻,ATP含量提高,显现出类似C4植物的光合特点,表明ATP是构建类似C4水稻的重要限制因素,为进一步构建类似C4水稻提供理论依据。 关键词:转基因水稻;光合速率;亚硫酸氢钠;ATP
Abstract: With untransformed rice and the transgenic rice with PEPC and PPDK genes as materials , effect of NaHSO3 on photosynthetic physiological characteristics in PEPC + PPDK transgenic rice were studied in this paper.. Exogenous feeding low concentrations of NaHSO3, the photosynthetic rate, changes of ATP and chlorophyll content were determined. The results showed that photosynthetic rate of transgenic rice with PEPC and PPDK genes significantly improved, damage of photooxidation alleviated, ATP content increased, indicating that the similar photosynthetic characteristics of C4 plants. ATP is an important limiting factor in constructing C4-like rice and provide a theoretical basis for the further construction of the similar C4 rice.
