摘要  [目的]：研究侧柏种子粗取物不同部位对黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger）和白色念珠菌（Candida albicans）的抑制作用。[方法]：采用醇提及萃取的方法分离提取得到侧柏种子总净膏（A）、石油醚部位(B)和乙酸乙酯部位（C），再通过抑菌试验来比较A,B,C与阳性对照（阿莫西林）的抑菌效果。[结果]：侧柏种子总净膏和石油醚部位对黑曲霉具有显著的抑菌效果，其抑菌圈直径分别为45mm和50mm,与阿莫西林相当（47mm），而乙酸乙酯部位的抑菌效果不显著，抑菌圈直径为7mm； A,B,C及阳性对照对白色念珠菌无显著地抑制效应。[结论]：侧柏种子粗提物及其石油醚部位对黑曲霉有显著的抑制效应，而对白色念珠菌无抑制作用。

Abstract ：[Objective] To study the antibacterial effect of crude extracts from Platycladus orientalis seeds on Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. [Methods] Total net paste(A), petroleum ether fraction(B) and ethyl acetate fraction(C) were extracted by organic solvents. Then, the antibacterial activities of A,B,C and positive control(amoxycillin) were compared by bacteriostatic test. [Results] Total net paste and petroleum ether fraction appeared notable antibacterial effect on Aspergillus niger, the inhibition zone of A and B reached 45mm and 50mm respectively, which matched with that of amoxicillin (47mm). The antibacterial activity of C was unnotable, the diameter of inhibition zone of C was only 7mm; On Candida albicans, the antibacterial effects of A,B,C and positive control were not remarkable.[Conclusion] The crude extract and petroleum ether fraction posses obvious antibacterial activity on Aspergillus niger, rather than Candida albican.
