摘要 [目的]:研究侧柏种子粗取物不同部位对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)和白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)的抑制作用。[方法]:采用醇提及萃取的方法分离提取得到侧柏种子总净膏(A)、石油醚部位(B)和乙酸乙酯部位(C),再通过抑菌试验来比较A,B,C与阳性对照(阿莫西林)的抑菌效果。[结果]:侧柏种子总净膏和石油醚部位对黑曲霉具有显著的抑菌效果,其抑菌圈直径分别为45mm和50mm,与阿莫西林相当(47mm),而乙酸乙酯部位的抑菌效果不显著,抑菌圈直径为7mm; A,B,C及阳性对照对白色念珠菌无显著地抑制效应。[结论]:侧柏种子粗提物及其石油醚部位对黑曲霉有显著的抑制效应,而对白色念珠菌无抑制作用。 关键字:侧柏种子;粗提物;抗菌活性;黑曲霉;白色念珠菌
Abstract :[Objective] To study the antibacterial effect of crude extracts from Platycladus orientalis seeds on Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. [Methods] Total net paste(A), petroleum ether fraction(B) and ethyl acetate fraction(C) were extracted by organic solvents. Then, the antibacterial activities of A,B,C and positive control(amoxycillin) were compared by bacteriostatic test. [Results] Total net paste and petroleum ether fraction appeared notable antibacterial effect on Aspergillus niger, the inhibition zone of A and B reached 45mm and 50mm respectively, which matched with that of amoxicillin (47mm). The antibacterial activity of C was unnotable, the diameter of inhibition zone of C was only 7mm; On Candida albicans, the antibacterial effects of A,B,C and positive control were not remarkable.[Conclusion] The crude extract and petroleum ether fraction posses obvious antibacterial activity on Aspergillus niger, rather than Candida albican.
